Yes — we customise output modes, housing colour, logo placement, retail retail box and manuals, and we support private label and white label programmes.
Do your devices carry CE, FCC or RoHS certification?
Our devices are designed and tested to the certification requirements of the target market, including CE, FCC, RoHS and related safety standards. We provide the test reports for the specific model you order.
How long does sampling take?
Standard model samples ship in about 7–15 days. Custom programmes including tooling and firmware typically take 25–40 days depending on the scope.
What is the lead time for mass production?
Mass production typically runs 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order volume and customisation depth.
